Lighthouse Group Companies traces its entrepreneurial roots back to 1998, when it began developing innovative hospitality business models for emerging companies. Following the successful sale of these ventures in 2003, the focus shifted toward new opportunities at the intersection of real estate and entrepreneurship. In 2005, our Managing Director graduated from a private real estate academy, laying the groundwork for a new chapter.

From 2005 to 2015, he built expertise as a real estate agent and corporate housing specialist. The formal launch of Lighthouse Group in 2013 marked the consolidation of these efforts. By 2015, two operating companies were founded under the Lighthouse banner: one focused on property management and long-term residential rentals, the other on short-stay housing solutions for corporate clients.

Over the years, Lighthouse Group Companies evolved into a dynamic player in real estate investment and development, operating with the mindset of a venture capital and private equity firm. A standout milestone was a joint venture with Ten Brinke Group, through which over 800 private residences and several commercial assets were developed and sold across the Netherlands. This collaboration concluded at the end of 2023, paving the way for new ventures.

Today, Lighthouse Group Companies invests in real estate and high-potential businesses both in the Netherlands and abroad. Our recent expansion into southern Spain reflects our ambition and strategic approach. With a foundation built on creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep understanding of hospitality, we continue to shape the future—one venture at a time.
