The Signing Moment:
Tenant Boels Zanders Advocaten and landlord Lighthouse Group companies officially signed the lease agreement on November 28, 2024, for the commercial ground floor, including the adjacent Maasterras, of the prestigious residential building ZICHT. This building will enrich Venlo’s skyline with its iconic architecture. With this move, Boels Zanders remains true to its Venlo roots and actively contributes to the city’s further growth.
Redevelopment:
The Maaswaard has been redeveloped into a modern urban hub, adding to the city center’s skyline. Boels Zanders’ relocation will not only strengthen the city’s economy, but also enhance its business appeal.
Back to the Roots:
The collaboration between Jessy Couwenberg, a born-and-raised Venlo resident, partner in project ZICHT, and owner of the commercial space, and Harm Heynen, chairman of Boels Zanders Advocaten, dates back to 2018-2019. What began as a future vision has now grown into a concrete plan in execution. Under the ZICHT residential building, Couwenberg developed an office concept that perfectly matches the needs and ambitions of Boels Zanders, while simultaneously making a significant contribution to Venlo’s economic and urban development.
Timeline & Delivery:
The completion of ZICHT is scheduled for after the summer of 2026. At that time, both the new residents and Boels Zanders will move into this remarkable location.

ZICHT is more than just a building; it is a tangible translation of the Venlo 2040 Vision—a vision that positions Venlo as a city of sustainability, innovation, and economic growth.
