The roots of Lighthouse Group trace back to 1998, when we began innovating hospitality business models for growing companies. By 2003, these ventures were successfully sold, leading to new entrepreneurial endeavors. Our managing director, driven by a passion for real estate, graduated from a private real estate school in 2005, setting the stage for a new career.

From 2005 to 2015, our founder honed his skills as a real estate agent and corporate housing specialist. In 2013, he registered Lighthouse Group, and by 2015, he launched two real estate companies under its umbrella: one for property management and residential rentals, and the other for short-stay corporate housing solutions.

Lighthouse Group also formed a successful joint venture with Ten Brinke Group, resulting in the development and sale of over 800 private residences and various commercial properties in the Netherlands. By the end of 2023, as projects concluded, the joint venture evolved, opening doors for new opportunities.

Expanding beyond the Netherlands, Lighthouse Group extended its reach to southern Spain through strategic investments and partnerships. We continue to shape the future of real estate with a hospitality heart, driven by passion and creativity.
